Tomorrow (Sunday 7th July), several members of BDHC will be taking on the Bleep Test 100 Challenge to raise money for local mental health charity Don't Lose Hope.

They will be running the notorious bleep test again and again until they have completed 100 levels EACH of the vomit inducing, leg burning, head pounding fitness test.
